AFFITTI BREVI: DAL 1° SETTEMBRE LA BANCA DATI NAZIONALE DELLE STRUTTURE RICETTIVE ATTIVA SU TUTTO IL TERRITORIO NAZIONALE


Dal 1° settembre 2024, dopo la pubblicazione sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale del relativo Avviso, entrerà in funzione, sull’intero territorio nazionale, la Banca Dati nazionale delle Strutture Ricettive e degli immobili destinati a locazione breve o per finalità turistiche (BDSR). La BDSR è stata istituita ai sensi dell’articolo 13-quater, comma 4, del Dl n. 34/2019 come strumento per la tutela del consumatore, della concorrenza e della trasparenza del mercato, oltre che per il contrasto di forme irregolari di ospitalità. Lo strumento, che ha visto una prima fase sperimentale che si concluderà entro il 1° settembre 2024, implementa il coordinamento informativo tra i dati dell’amministrazione statale e territoriale, con lo scopo di mappare degli esercizi ricettivi su scala nazionale.La banca dati raccoglie informazioni dettagliate sulle strutture ricettive e sugli alloggi destinati agli affitti brevi, tra cui la tipologia di alloggio, l'ubicazione, la capacità ricettiva, il soggetto che esercita l’attività ricettiva, il codice identificativo regionale o codice alfanumerico univoco. Con la BDSR viene inoltre attivata la procedura telematica di assegnazione del Codice Identificativo Nazionale (CIN), che proprietari e gestori dovranno esporre all’esterno dello stabile in cui sono collocati gli appartamenti o le strutture e dovranno indicare in ogni annuncio ovunque pubblicato e comunicato.Maggiori dettagli nelle FAQ pubblicate dal Ministero del Turismo. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
