APPROVATI I MODELLI REDDITI2018


L'Agenzia Entrate, con i provvedimenti n. 24844, 24821 e 24824 del 30 gennaio 2018, ha approvato i modelli Redditi PF, ENC, SP e SC 2018. Tra le modifiche più rilevanti vi è quella conseguente all'introduzione del regime di contabilità semplificato "per cassa". Nel modello Redditi SP2018 e PF2018 sono stati infatti eliminati i righi relativi alle rimanenze finali, ma è stato inserito il rigo RG38 per il monitoraggio delle stesse. Nel predetto rigo andranno specificate le rimanenze finali di durata non ultrannuale, quelle di durata ultrannuale e quelle relative a titoli. Nei quadri di determinazione del reddito d'impresa sono state previsti appositi codici per indicare le "variazioni in diminuzione" relative al maggior valore delle quote di ammortamento e dei canoni di leasing per gli investimenti in beni materiali e immateriali strumentali nuovi (super e iper ammortamento). Un'ulteriore novità nel modello Redditi PF riguarda il quadro RB, nel quale potranno essere indicati i redditi relativi a "contratti di locazione brevi", cioè di durata non superiore a 30 giorni e stipulati da persone fisiche al di fuori del reddito d'impresa; qualora il reddito sia conseguito dal sublocatore o dal comodatario, dovrà essere indicato nel quadro RL (redditi diversi). È stato altresì introdotto il quadro LC per la liquidazione dell'imposta sostitutiva sul reddito imponibile derivante dai contratti di locazione in cedolare secca e da redditi diversi da locazioni brevi.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
