DATI PEC PER LA NOTIFICA ATTI: IN UN PROVVEDIMENTO DELLE ENTRATE LE MODALITà DI COMUNICAZIONE


Con il Provvedimento del 28 giugno scorso l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha definito le modalità di comunicazione dei dati relativi relativi all'indirizzo di posta elettronica certificata (di seguito PEC) per la notificazione degli avvisi e degli altri atti dell’amministrazione finanziaria e della riscossione. Gli stessi possono essere comunicati esclusivamente tramite i servizi telematici dell'Agenzia. Con le stesse modalità, viene precisato nel provvedimento, possono essere comunicate la variazione e la revoca dell'indirizzo PEC precedentemente trasmesso. L'indirizzo PEC può essere comunicato solo dalle persone fisiche, residenti e non, e dai soggetti diversi dalle persone fisiche non obbligati per legge a dotarsi di un indirizzo PEC inserito nell'Indice Nazionale degli Indirizzi di Posta Elettronica Certificata (Ini-Pec). L'indirizzo PEC comunicato dal richiedente può essere utilizzato: dall'Agenzia delle entrate per la notificazione degli avvisi e degli altri atti a decorrere dal 1° luglio 2017; dall'agente della riscossione per la notifica, sempre a decorrere dal 1° luglio 2017, delle cartelle di pagamento e degli atti della procedura di riscossione coattiva mediante ruolo relativamente ai carichi ad esso affidati da tutti gli enti creditori, anche diversi dall'Agenzia delle entrate. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
