IN ARRIVO 60.000 LETTERE DI COMPLIANCE DA PARTE DELL'AGENZIA ENTRATE - RISCOSSIONE


Nelle prossime settimane l'Agenzia Entrate - Riscossione invierà circa 60.000 lettere per offrire ai contribuenti la possibilità, dopo aver aderito alla rottamazione senza però aver pagato la prima o unica rata in scadenza lo scorso 7 dicembre 2017, di rientrare nei vecchi piani di rateazione. Chi aveva un piano di rateazione in corso alla data di presentazione della domanda di adesione alla definizione agevolata potrà rientrare in quel meccanismo di pagamento scaglionato che però non prevede lo sconto su sanzioni e interessi previsto invece dalla rottamazione. Il vantaggio è rappresentato dalla possibilità di diluire nel tempo il debito fino a un massimo di 72 o 120 rate. La lettera riporterà il debito residuo, senza oneri aggiuntivi, e le nuove scadenze di pagamento dilazionato. Si ricorda che per chi è decaduta dalla "prima rottamazione" è preclusa la definizione agevolata riproposta con la manovra di fine anno.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
