DETRAZIONE IRPEF DEGLI ONERI PER ASSICURAZIONE CONDOMINIALE PER EVENTI CALAMITOSI


Tra le polizze assicurative aventi per oggetto il rischio di eventi calamitosi che danno diritto alla detrazione sono comprese anche le fattispecie contrattuali a garanzia del fabbricato stipulate dal condominio, relativamente alla quota di premio riferita alla singola unità immobiliare residenziale e alle relative pertinenze. Se nel condominio sono presenti anche unità diverse da quelle residenziali, la detrazione spetta solo sui premi riferiti alle unità immobiliari residenziali e alle relative pertinenze. La quota di premio relativa a ciascun condomino è certificata dall’amministratore del condominio. In alternativa, il condomino dovrà essere in possesso della copia della polizza e della documentazione da cui si evinca la quota di premio riferita alla propria unità immobiliare effettivamente pagata (cfr circolare Agenzia delle entrate n. 14/2023).

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
