Titolare effettivo: semplice con la pratica DIRE


Abbiamo inoltrato il 12.10.2023 tramite DIRE due pratiche (per testare il tutto) relative al titolare effettivo, la compilazione è di una semplicità estrema in quanto il commercialista accede alla procedura tramite login e password di Telemaco,  i dati della società vengono “derivati” dalle risultanze del registro imprese. Per gli indirizzi del titolare effettivo vengono suggeriti nel menu a tendina, la nazione, provincia, città, via di residenza del titolare effettivo. Peraltro la pratica è stata evasa nel giro di un’ora.  Nella sezione “firma ed invia” i dati da indicare sono quelli del soggetto tenuto alla comunicazione (esempio l’amministratore); può essere scaricata e salvata  la distinta e “girata” via e email all’amministratore invitandolo a firmarla digitalmente  e restituire il file firmato allo  studio (formato con estensione P7m), in modo da poter poi completare la pratica e trasmetterla.  Quindi il consiglio è di compilare la pratica, salvarla, inviare la distinta da firmare all’amministratore e, quando ricevuta, allegarla alla pratica e procedere all’invio (i diritti i segreteria di 30 euro vengono addebitati sul conto Telemaco del commercialista che trasmette). Non è necessaria alcuna firma digitale da parte del commercialista.  E’ stato predisposto un tutorial raggiungibille a questo link.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
