SOCIETà BENEFIT: FOCUS SU CARATTERISTICHE GIURIDICHE E OBBLIGHI DI RENDICONTAZIONE


Il Consiglio Nazionale dei Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili ha pubblicato il 6° numero dell’Informativa Reporting di Sostenibilità, dal titolo “Le Società Benefit: principali caratteristiche giuridiche e obblighi di rendicontazione“. La Società Benefit, riconosciuta nel nostro ordinamento giuridico con la Legge di stabilità 2016, rappresenta un modello di business sostenibile, giuridicamente riconosciuto, che si sta diffondendo nel panorama economico italiano. Questo tipo di società, nel perseguimento delle proprie finalità lucrative, consegue anche finalità di beneficio comune, operando in modo sostenibile verso la società, le persone e l’ambiente. L’agire aziendale implica il conseguimento di profitti, tenendo in considerazione le conseguenze che l’attività aziendale ha in ambiti non finanziari e in un’ottica multistakeholder. Nel nostro paese il fenomeno delle Società Benefit è in costante crescita: al 31 dicembre 2023 sono infatti 3.619, e rappresentano l’1,23 per mille del totale delle società registrate (nel 2020 erano lo 0,27 per mille). Non si tratta solamente di una visione etica d’impresa, si legge nell'abstract del documento, ma di un modello di gestione che definisce target concreti, misurabili secondo standard di rendicontazione sulla sostenibilità, verificabili e migliorabili nel tempo. La crescente attenzione verso questo innovativo modo di fare impresa si colloca nel più complesso concetto di sviluppo sostenibile e di longevità dell’azienda, dove gli obiettivi economici vengono integrati con aspetti ambientali e sociali. Statement on the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
