SUPERBONUS: PER LA CORRETTA IMPUTAZIONE DELLE SPESE AL PERIODO D'IMPOSTA VALE LA DATA DEL BONIFICO


Può fruire del Superbonus nella misura del 110% il condominio che ha disposto il bonifico bancario relativo a spese che danno diritto all'agevolazione entro il 31 dicembre 2023. Questo in quanto, in applicazione del principio di cassa, nel caso di pagamento con bonifico bancario la spesa si considera sostenuta nel momento stesso in cui viene dato ordine di pagamento alla banca, non rilevando il momento, diverso e successivo, in cui avviene l'addebito sul conto corrente dell'ordinante. Il condominio, avendo effettuato i pagamenti mediante bonifici bancari nel 2023 e avendo sostenuto le spese per gli interventi di riqualificazione energetica entro il 31 dicembre 2023, può quindi accedere al Superbonus nella misura del 110%.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
