LIMITE DI 10.000 EURO PER I PAGAMENTI IN CONTANTI NELL'UNIONE EUROPEA IN VIGORE DA LUGLIO 2027


Lo scorso 9 luglio è entrato in vigore il regolamento europeo relativo alla prevenzione dell'uso del sistema finanziario a fini di riciclaggio o finanziamento del terrorismo, che fissa una soglia massima europea all'uso del contante. Il Regolamento (UE) 2024/1624 individua in 10mila euro il limite massimo per il pagamento in contanti in tutta l'Unione Europea nelle transazioni commerciali di beni e servizi, salvo limiti inferiori nazionali più bassi che gli Stati membri possono adottare previa consultazione della Banca centrale europea.Tali limiti inferiori devono essere notificati alla Commissione entro tre mesi dall'introduzione della misura a livello nazionale.I limiti inferiori già esistenti a livello nazionale continuano ad applicarsi. Gli Stati membri devono notificare tali limiti alla Commissione entro il 10 ottobre 2024. Il limite di 10.000 euro non si applica: ai pagamenti tra persone fisiche che non agiscono nell'esercizio di una professione; ai pagamenti o ai depositi effettuati presso i locali degli enti creditizi, degli emittenti di moneta elettronica e dei prestatori di servizi di pagamento.

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
