Il diritto a usufruire dell?"agevolazione fiscale vale anche nell?"ipotesi di decesso del familiare convivente che ha sostenuto le spese relative a interventi agevolabili effettuati sull?"immobile di proprietà di altro familiare che ne diventa erede.Dunque, anche in questo caso l?"erede della persona deceduta può continuare a usufruire delle rate residue della detrazione spettante al de cuius, indipendentemente dalla circostanza che l?"unità immobiliare fosse già presente nel suo patrimonio, avendo un vincolo giuridico con l?"immobile che gli consente di beneficiare dell?"agevolazione (in quanto ne è proprietario) di cui deve avere la detenzione materiale e diretta.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
