CRIPTOVALUTE: CHIARIMENTI SU COMPILAZIONE QUADRO RW E IMPOSTA BOLLO


Con Risposta n. 181 del 12 settembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha fornito importanti chiarimenti in tema di criptovalute, precisando che il contribuente che detiene bitcoin presso una società italiana (prestatore di servizi di portafoglio digitale) iscritta nel Registro Operatori Valute Virtuali, istituito presso l'Organismo agenti e mediatori (Oam):  è tenuto a compilare il Quadro RW ai fini del monitoraggio fiscale; non è tenuto a versare l?"imposta sul valore delle cripto-attività se la società ha già versato l'imposta bollo. Le Entrate hanno inoltre precisato che, relativamente al trattamento degli importi in valuta tradizionale, temporaneamente presenti nel rendiconto rilasciato dalla Società, non sussiste l?"obbligo di indicazione nel Quadro RW e non si applica il bollo, in quanto non rappresentano prodotti finanziari.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
