CREDITO D'IMPOSTA UNICA AI TEMPI SUPPLEMENTARI CON LA COMUNICAZIONE INTEGRATIVA TELEMATICA DA EFFETTUARSI CON IL SOFTWARE 'ZES UNICA'


La comunicazione integrativa deve essere inviata dal 18 novembre 2024 al 2 dicembre 2024 con le medesime modalità previste per la comunicazione originaria. La trasmissione telematica della comunicazione integrativa è effettuata utilizzando esclusivamente il software denominato “ZES UNICA INTEGRATIVA”. L?"articolo 1 del decreto-legge 9 agosto 2024, n. 113, ha apportato alcune rilevanti modifiche alla disciplina del credito d?"imposta per gli investimenti nella ZES unica. In particolare, è previsto che tutti gli operatori economici che hanno presentato la comunicazione dal 12 giugno al 12 luglio 2024 (“comunicazione originaria”) devono inviare all?"Agenzia delle entrate dal 18 novembre al 2 dicembre 2024 una comunicazione integrativa, utilizzando il modello approvato con il provvedimento del Direttore dell?"Agenzia delle entrate del 9 settembre 2024, attestante l?"avvenuta realizzazione degli investimenti previsti, indicati nella comunicazione originaria già presentata. La comunicazione integrativa deve essere presentata anche se la comunicazione originaria reca l?"indicazione di investimenti agevolabili e già realizzati alla data di trasmissione della medesima comunicazione.  La percentuale del credito d?"imposta effettivamente fruibile sarà rideterminata secondo le regole stabilite dallo stesso articolo 1 del decreto-legge n. 113 del 2024 e sarà resa nota con provvedimento dell?"Agenzia delle entrate da emanare entro il 12 dicembre 2024. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
