SUPERBONUS AL 70%: APPROVATO IL MODELLO DI ISTANZA PER IL RICONOSCIMENTO DEL CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO


Con Provvedimento del 18 settembre l?"Agenzia delle Entrate ha approvato il modello, con le relative istruzioni, da utilizzare per ottenere il contributo a fondo perduto previsto per le spese riguardanti gli interventi edilizi 2024 detraibili al 70%, ha definito il contenuto informativo e fissato le modalità di invio dell?"istanza, che dovrà essere presentata direttamente dal richiedente o tramite un intermediario con delega alla consultazione del cassetto fiscale, entro il 31 ottobre 2024 tramite la procedura web disponibile nell?"area riservata del sito internet della stessa Agenzia. Il contributo, previsto dall?"art. 1, comma 2, del Dl n. 212/2023, è stato introdotto in favore dei soggetti che sostengono, dal 1° gennaio al 31 ottobre 2024, spese in relazione agli interventi da Superbonus aventi un reddito non superiore a 15.000 euro e che, entro il 31 dicembre 2023, hanno raggiunto uno stato di avanzamento dei lavori non inferiore al 60%. Con apposito avviso, pubblicato sul sito internet dell?"Agenzia delle entrate, verrà resa nota la data a partire dalla quale sarà possibile effettuare la trasmissione delle istanze.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
