L'ESCLUSIONE DAGLI ISA NON COMPORTA DECADENZA DAL CONCORDATO PREVENTIVO BIENNALE


Nella Circolare n. 18/E l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha fornito istruzioni sul Concordato preventivo biennale, delineando le linee guida generali e illustrando le regole specifiche sia per i contribuenti forfetari che per quelli che adottano gli Indici sintetici di affidabilità (ISA).In una delle risposte ai quesiti di maggior interesse l'Agenzia ha chiarito che dopo l'accettazione della proposta di concordato preventivo biennale, qualora si verifichi una causa di esclusione dagli ISA, la stessa non determina l'inefficacia dell'adesione al CBP. Tra le fattispecie individuate dal decreto CPB che determinano la cessazione o la decadenza dal Concordato preventivo biennale, infatti, non rientra l?"eventuale insorgenza di una causa di esclusione dalla applicazione degli ISA durante i periodi d?"imposta per i quali il contribuente ha aderito alla proposta di CPB.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
