BONUS NATALE 2024 PER LAVORATORI DIPENDENTI: CHIARIMENTI NELLA CIRCOLARE DELLE ENTRATE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato le indicazioni per ottenere il cosiddetto "Bonus Natale", previsto per quest’anno dal Dl n. 113/2024 (Decreto Omnibus) e destinato ai lavoratori dipendenti.Si tratta di un'indennità una tantum, di importo pari a 100 euro, rivolta ai lavoratori dipendenti in possesso, congiuntamente, di determinati requisisti reddituali e familiari. Nella Circolare n. 19/E del 10 ottobre l'Agenzia delle Entrate illustra i requisiti richiesti per l'accesso al beneficio, le modalità per richiedere il bonus al datore di lavoro, oltre a fornire istruzioni per i sostituti d’imposta che erogano il bonus. Per ottenere il bonus, il lavoratore dipendente deve presentare al datore di lavoro una richiesta scritta in cui dichiara di averne diritto, indicando il codice fiscale del coniuge e dei figli fiscalmente a carico (o dei soli figli in caso di nucleo familiare monogenitoriale). In particolare, il dipendente è tenuto a comunicare - tramite autocertificazione - di possedere i requisiti di reddito e familiari previsti dalla norma. Il sostituto d’imposta riconoscerà l’indennità insieme alla tredicesima mensilità e potrà recuperare le somme sotto forma di credito da utilizzare in compensazione.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
