ARRIVA LA PRECOMPILATA ANCHE PER LA SANATORIA PREVISTA DAL CONCORDATO


Nell’ambito del concordato preventivo biennale è prevista anche la sanatoria precompilata. È previsto che nel cassetto fiscale delle partite IVA verrà inserita una tabella con i dati di base e il calcolo dell’imposta sostitutiva con cui si potranno sanare i conti con il Fisco relativi agli anni 2018-2022, come previsto dal correttivo introdotto in Parlamento nella conversione del Decreto Legge omnibus. I dati del ravvedimento “tombale” riservato a chi aderisce al concordato saranno in formato elaborabile (.csv), e potranno quindi essere scaricati e utilizzati anche dal professionista che assiste il contribuente. Il tutto sarà completato da una Guida alla lettura per rendere più fruibile il tutto. Gli obiettivi dell’amministrazione finanziaria sono due: da un lato quello di rendere evidenti i vantaggi offerti dal Fisco a chi aderisce al concordato, per rendere quindi ancora più diretta la “promozione” della nuova intesa biennale, dall’altro lato, il fatto che i calcoli siano già stati predisposti e siano quindi pronti all’uso vuole superare le richieste sulla proroga della scadenza del 31 ottobre. Per ricevere le nuove tabelle, almeno in questa prima fase, occorrerà aver presentato almeno per uno degli anni interessati il modello ISA precompilato.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
