ENTRO IL 31 OTTOBRE LE RICHIESTE PER IL RIVERSAMENTO DEL BONUS RICERCA E SVILUPPO


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ricorda che per attivare la procedura di regolarizzazione per il credito d?"imposta Ricerca e sviluppo indebitamente fruito, è necessario inviare la relativa richiesta entro il 31 ottobre.Il riversamento spontaneo permette di regolarizzare gli indebiti utilizzi in compensazione del Bonus investimenti in attività di ricerca e sviluppo, senza l?"applicazione di interessi e sanzioni. La richiesta, deve essere inviata all?"Agenzia delle entrate in modalità telematica (qui l?"apposito modello, direttamente dai soggetti abilitati ai servizi Entratel o Fisconline oppure tramite un intermediario, utilizzando il software dedicato, disponibile gratuitamente sul sito della stessa Agenzia.  Possono beneficiare della regolarizzazione, i soggetti: che hanno realmente svolto, sostenendo le relative spese, attività in tutto o in parte non qualificabili come attività di ricerca o sviluppo ammissibili nell?"accezione rilevante ai fini del credito d?"imposta; che non hanno tenuto conto di quanto dettato dalla diposizione d?"interpretazione autentica, recata dall?"articolo 1, comma 72, legge 145/2018, secondo cui “ai fini del calcolo del credito d'imposta attribuibile assumono rilevanza esclusivamente le spese  ammissibili relative  alle  attività di ricerca e sviluppo svolte direttamente e in  laboratori o  strutture situati nel territorio dello Stato italiano”; che hanno commesso errori nella quantificazione o nell?"individuazione delle spese ammissibili in violazione dei principi di pertinenza e congruità; che hanno commesso errori nella determinazione della media storica di riferimento.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
