Nuovi chiarimenti dell'Agenzia delle Entrate in tema di Concordato Preventibo Biennale, questa volta su condizioni di accesso, reddito e cause di esclusione, benefici premiali e ravvedimento.In una delle FAQ, datate 25 ottobre, viene ad esempio chiarito che i contribuenti che volontariamente non aderiscono al CPB relativo ai periodi d?"imposta 2024 e 2025, in presenza dei requisiti di accesso, potranno comunque aderire al CPB relativo ai periodi d?"imposta 2025 e 2026. Altri chiarimenti riguardano il concetto di "inizio attività". Come noto, infatti, una delle cause di esclusione, sia per i soggetti ISA che per quelli in regime forfetario, è l?"aver dato inizio all?"attività nel 2023. Nella risposta viene ribadito quanto già esplicitato nella circolare ISA 15/E del 2024, ovvero che, tale momento, coincide con il momento dell?"apertura della partita Iva.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
