A seguito della pubblicazione dell'avviso del Ministero dell?"Interno relativo al mantenimento dell?"iscrizione e la presentazione di nuove domande d'iscrizione nell?"Elenco dei revisori dei conti degli enti locali in vigore dal 1° gennaio 2025, il CNDCEC ha pubblicato un'informativa (n. 142 del 30 ottobre 2024), con tutti i chiarimenti utili. Gli iscritti all?"Ordine dei dottori commercialisti e degli esperti contabili nonché gli iscritti al Registro dei revisori legali potranno presentare la richiesta di mantenimento dell'iscrizione nell'Elenco e la presentazione di nuove domande di iscrizione, esclusivamente per via telematica, dalle ore 12.00 del 30 ottobre 2024 fino alle ore 12.00 del 16 dicembre 2024, secondo le modalità stabilite nel suddetto avviso.Qui la pagina dedicata. Dopo la chiusura della domanda, i richiedenti riceveranno, entro 12 ore, una pec da finanzalocale.prot@pec.interno.it che comunica il buon esito dell?"acquisizione della domanda con il riepilogo di tutti i dati inseriti nel sistema. Sarà cura del revisore verificare i dati riportati nella pec in quanto eventuali rettifiche potranno essere operate solo entro il termine ultimo di iscrizione.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
