CONCORDATO PREVENTIVO BIENNALE: ENTRO IL 31 MARZO 2025 L'OPZIONE PER IL RAVVEDIMENTO


L?"articolo 2-quater del Dl Omnibus consente ai soggetti che hanno applicato gli ISA e che aderiscono, entro il 31 ottobre 2024, al concordato preventivo biennale, di adottare il regime di “ravvedimento” versando le imposte sostitutive sia delle imposte sui redditi e delle relative addizionali sia dell'imposta regionale sulle attività produttive.Teli soggetti possono esercitare l?"opzione del ravvedimento entro il 31 marzo 2025, tramite presentazione del modello F24 corrispondente al versamento della prima o unica rata delle imposte sostitutive, utilizzando i codici tributo appositamente istituiti con l?"indicazione dell?"annualità per la quale è esercitata. In caso di pagamento rateale, il versamento è possibile in un massimo di 24 rate mensili di pari importo, maggiorate di interessi calcolati al tasso legale con decorrenza dal 31 marzo 2025. Sono alcuni dei chiarimenti contenuti nel Provvedimento del 4 novembre 2024 dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, tramite il quale sono illustrate modalità e termini di comunicazione delle opzioni per l?"applicazione dell?"imposta sostitutiva per annualità ancora accertabili per i soggetti che aderiscono al CPB.Al fine di agevolare il soggetto che intende adottare il ravvedimento, nell'allegato n. 1 al provvedimento sono contenuti elementi ed informazioni utili per la determinazione delle imposte sostitutive.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
