NUOVA AUTOTUTELA TRIBUTARIA: I CHIARIMENTI DELLE ENTRATE SULLA DISCIPLINA DOPO LA RIFORMA FISCALE


Nella Circolare n. 21/E del 7 novembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate fornisce indicazioni operative agli Uffici in merito alla nuova disciplina dell?"autotutela tributaria, disciplinata dagli articoli 10-quater e 10-quinquies dello Statuto dei diritti del contribuente, introdotti dal Dl n. 219/2023, emanato in attuazione della legge n. 111/2023 (Delega al Governo per la riforma fiscale). Dopo una prima parte dedicata alla normativa di riferimento e alla distinzione tra autotutela obbligatoria e autotutela facoltativa, la Circolare illustra il contenuto e le modalità di presentazione della richiesta di autotutela, lo svolgimento dell?"istruttoria e l?"adozione del provvedimento di autotutela, per terminare con l'analisi della responsasbilità amministrativo-contabile in caso di avvenuto esercizio dell?"autotutela. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
