RIAPERTI I TERMINI DI ADESIONE AL CONCORDATO PREVENTIVO BIENNALE


Approvata l'annunciata riapertura dei termini per aderire al Concordato preventivo biennale fino al 12 dicembre 2024.  Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta n. 103 del 12 novembre, ha infatti approvato un decreto-legge che introduce misure urgenti per la riapertura dei termini di adesione al concordato preventivo biennale, oltre a disposizioni finanziarie per la gestione delle emergenze. Le norme intervengono al fine di riaprire il termine, inizialmente fissato al 31 ottobre 2024, entro i quali i soggetti che applicano gli indici di affidabilità fiscale (ISA) possono aderire al concordato preventivo biennale. In particolare, i contribuenti esercenti attività d?"impresa, arti o professioni che hanno presentato la dichiarazione dei redditi entro il termine del 31 ottobre 2024 e, pur avendone i requisiti, non hanno aderito, avranno la possibilità di farlo presentando apposita dichiarazione dei redditi integrativa fino al 12 dicembre 2024. L?"adesione sarà possibile a condizione che nella dichiarazione integrativa non siano indicati un minore imponibile, un minore debito d?"imposta o un maggiore credito rispetto a quelli riportati nella dichiarazione presentata entro il 31 ottobre. Ai fini del regime di ravvedimento (che consente ai contribuenti che hanno applicato gli ISA e aderiscono al CPB entro il 31 ottobre 2024 di usufruire di uno speciale regime di ravvedimento per le annualità ancora accertabili, consistente nell?"applicazione di un?"imposta sostitutiva delle imposte sui redditi e relative addizionali e dell?"IRAP), l?"adesione al concordato preventivo biennale si intende avvenuta entro il 31 ottobre 2024.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
