ENTRO IL 18 NOVEMBRE LE DOMANDE PER IL BONUS AGRICOLTURA, PESCA E ACQUACOLTURA


La Legge di stabilità 2016 ha istituito un credito di imposta a favore delle imprese dei settori agricolo, della pesca e dell?"acquacoltura che, nel 2023, hanno acquistato beni strumentali nuovi destinati a strutture produttive ubicate nelle zone assistite delle regioni Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, della Regione siciliana e delle regioni Sardegna e Molise e Abruzzo.Gli aiuti sono concessi nei limiti e alle condizioni previsti dalla normativa europea in materia di aiuti di Stato nei settori agricolo, forestale e delle zone rurali e ittico.Presupposto per la fruizione del credito è l'accoglimento dell'istanza che i destinatari della misura agevolativa devono presentare all?"Agenzia delle entrate secondo le modalità e i termini stabiliti con provvedimento della stessa Agenzia. Con Provvedimento del 15 ottobre, pertanto, viene approvato il modello denominato “Comunicazione per la fruizione del credito d?"imposta per gli investimenti nel mezzogiorno per le imprese del settore agricolo, della pesca e acquacoltura”, con le relative istruzioni, e vengono definiti i termini e le modalità di trasmissione telematica.  La Comunicazione deve essere inviata dal 17 ottobre 2024 al 18 novembre 2024, esclusivamente con modalità telematiche, direttamente dal beneficiario oppure avvalendosi di un soggetto incaricato della trasmissione delle dichiarazioni.L?"ammontare massimo del credito d?"imposta fruibile è determinato moltiplicando il credito d?"imposta richiesto per la percentuale che sarà resa nota entro il prossimo 28 novembre con un provvedimento del Direttore dell?"Agenzia delle entrate. Tale percentuale è ottenuta rapportando il limite complessivo di spesa all?"ammontare complessivo dei crediti di imposta richiesti, ed è utilizzabile a decorrere dal giorno lavorativo successivo alla pubblicazione del provvedimento con il quale è resa nota la percentuale per la determinazione dell?"ammontare massimo del credito d?"imposta fruibile.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
