BONUS CARTA IMPRESE EDITRICI: DOMANDE FINO AL 19 DICEMBRE


Al via la possibilità di presentare la domanda per il credito d’imposta riconosciuto, per il 2024, alle imprese editrici di quotidiani e periodici per l’acquisto della carta utilizzata per la stampa delle testate edite.Per il 2024, la finestra temporale per l'invio delle domande si è aperta il 19 novembre, per chiudersi alle ore 17:00 del 19 dicembre. Le domande possono essere presentate dal legale rappresentante dell'impresa, esclusivamente per via telematica, attraverso la procedura disponibile nell’area riservata del portale impresainungiorno.gov.it, accessibile dal menù "Servizi on-line", al percorso "Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri - Dipartimento per l'informazione e l'editoria", "Credito di imposta carta 2024 (spese sostenute nell’anno 2023)", previa autenticazione mediante SPID, CNS o CIE. Il credito di imposta è utilizzabile unicamente in compensazione, presentando il modello di pagamento F24 esclusivamente attraverso i servizi telematici dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, a partire da quinto giorno lavorativo successivo alla pubblicazione dell’elenco dei soggetti beneficiari. Nella Circolare n. 2/2024 il Dipartimento per l’informazione e l’editoria  ha definito le modalità attuative del credito d'imposta per gli anni 2024 e 2025. Per richieste sulla compilazione delle domande o sull'accesso al portale è possibile consultare il manuale utente della procedura o contattare l'Help Desk al numero 0664892717 dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 17:00. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
