CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO PER INTERVENTI SUPERBONUS 2024 IN MISURA PIENA


Con Provvedimento del 29 novembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha stabilito, nella misura del 100%, la percentuale del un contributo a fondo perduto in favore dei soggetti in particolari condizioni reddituali, che sostengono, nell?"anno 2024, spese relative a interventi edilizi agevolati con Superbonus al 70%.Si tratta, in particolare, delle persone fisiche con reddito non superiore a 15mila euro, che hanno sostenuto, dal 1° gennaio al 31 ottobre 2024, spese in relazione agli interventi da Superbonus e che entro il 31 dicembre 2023 avevano raggiunto uno stato di avanzamento dei lavori non inferiore al 60%. L'importo del contributo erogabile a ciascun beneficiario è pari al contributo richiesto risultante dall?"ultima istanza validamente presentata, in assenza di rinuncia.
