BONUS NATALE: ANCHE I REDDITI TASSATI CON LA CEDOLARE SECCA SUGLI AFFITTI CONCORRONO A DETERMINARE LA SOGLIA


Nel caso in cui un lavoratore abbia redditi derivanti dalla locazione di immobili tassati con la cedolare secca, deve considerarli ai fini del calcolo del reddito complessivo di 28.000 euro per l'accesso al Bonus Natale.A stabilirlo l'articolo 3 del D.Lgs. n. 23/2011, che al comma 7 stabilisce che “Quando le vigenti disposizioni fanno riferimento, per il riconoscimento della spettanza o per la determinazione di deduzioni, detrazioni o benefici di qualsiasi titolo, anche di natura non tributaria, al possesso di requisiti reddituali, si tiene comunque conto anche del reddito assoggettato alla cedolare secca.[…]”. Pertanto, anche i redditi tassati con la cedolare secca sugli affitti concorrono a determinare la soglia di 28.000 euro per il diritto al bonus.
