NUOVE CAUSALI PER I VERSAMENTI DEI CONTRIBUTI ALL'INPS DA DESTINARE AD ENTI BILATERALI


Con Risoluzione n. 57/E del 3 dicembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito le causali contributo per consentire il versamento, tramite modello F24, dei contributi all'Inps da destinare ad Enti Bilaterali.Con convenzioni stipulate tra l?"Istituto e gli Enti Bilaterali, i Fondi e le Casse aventi i caratteri di bilateralità, è infatti regolato il servizio di riscossione, mediante il modello F24, dei contributi all?"Inps, che provvede successivamente al riconoscimento agli stessi Enti Bilaterali delle somme di rispettiva competenza. Queste le causali contributo istituite, che si aggiungono a quelle già istituite con prevedente Risoluzione n. 49/E del 15 ottobre: “EBNL” denominata “EBINAL - Ente Bilaterale Nazionale del Lavoro”; “PREV” denominata “Fondo Sanitario PREVILAVORO ITALIA (PREVILAVORO ITALIA)”; “SARC” denominata “Fondo Bilaterale di Assistenza Sanitaria - SANARCOM (SANARCOM)”; “EBOS” denominata “Ente Bilaterale Operatori Sicurezza - (EBILOS)”; “MEDI” denominata “FONDO MEDIPREV - Fondo Integrativo del Servizio Sanitario Nazionale (MEDIPREV)”; “EBNU” denominata “Ente Bilaterale Nazionale di Unione (E.B.N.U.)”; “EFAR” denominata “EBIFARM - Ente Bilaterale Nazionale Farmacie Private (EBIFARM)”; “EBIO” denominata “Ente Bilaterale EN.BI.FO.SI e O.P.N. EN.BI.FO.SI (EN.BI.FO.SI e O.P.N. EN.BI.FO.SI)”; “EBMQ” denominata “Fondo EBM SALUTE (EBM SALUTE)”. Con la stessa Risoluzione l'Agenzia Entrate comunica che, in sede di compilazione del modello F24, per il versamento della causale contributo da destinare all?"Ente Bilaterale Nazionale Intersettoriale Lavoro (EBINAIL), al posto della causale contributo “EINT”, istituita con la citata risoluzione n. 49/E del 15 ottobre 2024, va indicata la seguente causale contributo appositamente istituita: “ENIL” denominata “EBINAIL - Ente Bilaterale Nazionale Intersettoriale Lavoro”.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
