ACCESSO AL CPB E FUORIUSCITA DAL REGIME FORFETARIO PER SUPERAMENTO SOGLIA DEI 100.000 EURO


Con la recente Risposta n. 248 del 6 dicembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate chiarisce che, anche il contribuente che nel 2024 abbia adottato il regime forfetario e, nel corso del medesimo anno, ne sia fuoriuscito per il superamento del limite di 100mila euro dei compensi, con conseguente adozione del regime ordinario per l'intero periodo d'imposta, può aderire al concordato preventivo biennale, a condizione che il superamento di tale limite avvenga prima del termine previsto per aderire alla relativa proposta di concordato.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
