IL DOCUMENTO 'DIALOGO DI SOSTENIBILITà TRA PMI E BANCHE': UNO STRUMENTO UTILE ALLE PMI


Il “Tavolo per la Finanza Sostenibile” ha pubblicato la versione definitiva del documento “Dialogo di sostenibilità tra PMI e Banche“. Il Documento propone una sintesi delle informazioni richieste dalle banche ai fini della normativa a loro applicabile in materia di rendicontazione e di gestione dei rischi ESG. Si compone delle “Informazioni di sostenibilità dalle PMI alle banche” e della “Guida Metodologica” con i relativi allegati e propone una sintesi delle informazioni richieste dalle banche ai fini della normativa a loro applicabile in materia di rendicontazione e di gestione dei rischi ESG. L?"utilizzo da parte delle PMI e delle banche è su base volontaria e il Documento non si propone quale standard di rendicontazione quanto piuttosto come uno strumento per la semplificazione dello scambio informativo tra banche e imprese, evitando, nei limiti del possibile, la proliferazione di richieste complesse e diversificate. Vengono valorizzate le differenti caratteristiche dimensionali delle imprese e, pertanto, la loro differente capacità (in termini di risorse, know how, processi e personale dedicato) di fornire l?"informativa richiesta. Viene infatti proposto un approccio modulare (che distingue tra informazioni con Priorità 1 e con Priorità 2) che si basa su una definizione di microimpresa non rigidamente predeterminata a priori, ma da individuarsi, nel rapporto banca/impresa, nella fase precedente alla resa dell?"informativa. In linea con il principio di proporzionalità e con la natura volontaria del Documento, la scelta di limitare l?"informativa alle sole informazioni con Priorità 1 potrà tenere conto dei requisiti dimensionali individuati dalle suddette normative e raccomandazioni europee, affidando alle parti coinvolte (PMI e banche) la selezione delle informazioni da richiedere con riferimento ai tali livelli di priorità. Come già detto l?"utilizzo del modello proposto è su base volontaria ma l?"adozione di un modello standardizzato e condiviso potrebbe essere un valido strumento per semplificare e ridurre gli oneri che le PMI devono sopportare per far fronte alle richieste delle controparti: sia delle banche (le imprese che hanno rapporti con più banche si trovano spesso a fronteggiare richieste simili ma differenziate, che aumentano gli oneri di risposta); sia dagli altri soggetti coinvolti delle “catene del valore” (in primis le grandi imprese committenti).   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
