TAX CREDIT ZONE LOGISTICHE SEMPLIFICATE: FINO AL 30 GENNAIO LE COMUNICAZIONI PER RICHIEDERLO


Il 12 dicembre scorso si è aperta la possibilità per le imprese che hanno effettuato, dall?"8 maggio 2024 al 15 novembre 2024, investimenti in beni strumentali nuovi da destinare alle Zone logistiche semplificate, per inviare all'Agenzia Entrate la comunicazione di richiesta del credito d'imposta introdotto dal Dl n. 60/2024.Con Provvedimento del 12 dicembre è stato approvato il modello da utilizzare per la comunicazione, con le relative istruzioni, ne ha definito il contenuto e ne ha stabilito le modalità di trasmissione.La finestra temporale per l'invio della comunicazione si chiude il 30 gennaio 2025.La trasmissione telematica può essere effettuata direttamente dal beneficiario oppure da un soggetto incaricato, utilizzando esclusivamente il software denominato “ZLS2024”, disponibile gratuitamente sul sito dell'Agenzia Entrate.Tutti dettagli nel Provvedimento. L?"agevolazione è riferita agli investimenti in beni strumentali da parte delle imprese, già esistenti e nuove, che si insediano presso le Zone logistiche semplificate (Zls) situate nelle zone ammissibili agli aiuti a finalità regionale a norma dell?"articolo 107, paragrafo 3, lettera c), del trattato sul funzionamento dell?"Unione europea, così come individuate dalla Carta degli aiuti a finalità regionale 2022-2027.La disciplina relativa alla costituzione delle Zone logistiche semplificate è contenuta nella legge di Bilancio 2018 (articolo 1, commi 61-65 della legge n. 205/2017) e dal Dpcm n. 40/2024, che contiene il regolamento di istituzione delle Zls.  Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
