CODICE TRIBUTO '7037' PER LE EROGAZIONI LIBERALI AL TERZO SETTORE


Con Risoluzione n. 65/E del 18 dicembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito il codice tributo per l?"utilizzo, tramite modello F24, del credito d?"imposta per le erogazioni liberali in denaro a favore degli Enti del Terzo Settore. Tale credito d?"imposta, disciplinato dall?"art. 81 del Dl n. 117/2017, è stato introdotto per incentivare il sostegno a progetti destinati al recupero di immobili pubblici inutilizzati e beni confiscati alla criminalità organizzata assegnati ai suddetti ETS e da questi utilizzati esclusivamente per lo svolgimento di attività con modalità non commerciali. Il comma 3 dello stesso articolo 81 ha previsto che, per i soggetti titolari di reddito d?"impresa, il credito d?"imposta in argomento sia utilizzabile tramite compensazione. Dunque, con la Risoluzione pubblicata, per consentire l?"utilizzo in compensazione del credito d?"imposta in argomento tramite il modello F24, da presentare esclusivamente attraverso i servizi telematici messi a disposizione dall?"Agenzia delle entrate, è stato istituito il codice tributo "7037" denominato “Credito d?"imposta per le erogazioni liberali in denaro a favore degli enti del Terzo settore - Articolo 81 del decreto legislativo 3 luglio 2017, n. 117”.In sede di compilazione del modello di pagamento F24 il suddetto codice tributo è esposto nella sezione “Erario”, in corrispondenza delle somme indicate nella colonna “importi a credito compensati”, ovvero, nei casi in cui il contribuente debba procedere al riversamento dell?"agevolazione, nella colonna “importi a debito versati”. Nel campo “anno di riferimento” è indicato l?"anno di imposta nel quale sono state effettuate le erogazioni liberali, nel formato “AAAA” Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
