TAX CREDIT MUSICA: FINO AL 28 FEBBRAIO LE DOMANDE RELATIVE ALLE SPESE SOSTENUTE NEL 2024


Le imprese interessate al riconoscimento del credito di imposta per la promozione della musica, degli eventi di spettacolo dal vivo di portata minore (tax credit musica), previsto dal Decreto Interministeriale MIC-MEF, ed in possesso dei requisiti richiesti, possono presentare la domanda on line, dal 1 gennaio al 28 febbraio 2025, utilizzando la modulistica presente all?"interno della piattaforma DGCOL.Lo ha reso noto la Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo, con avviso del 30 dicembre 2024. Per accedere all'agevolazione i soggetti interessati devono essere in possesso di un indirizzo di posta elettronica certificata e di un dispositivo per l?"apposizione della firma digitale, che deve essere rilasciato da uno dei Certificatori autorizzati, individuati dagli articoli 26 e 27 del Codice dell?"Amministrazione Digitale. La domanda deve essere presentata utilizzando la piattaforma informatica online DGCOL, disponibile qui, deve essere firmata digitalmente dal legale rappresentante del soggetto richiedente e completa di tutta la documentazione prevista dal citato Decreto Interministeriale ed ulteriormente specificata all?"interno della piattaforma. Unitamente all'invio della domanda online sarà necessario consegnare il supporto fisico dell?"opera, oggetto della richiesta di beneficio, alla Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo a mezzo raccomandata A/R, indirizzata alla D.G. Cinema e audiovisivo – Servizio I – Tax credit Musica, oppure tramite consegna a mano, in busta chiusa, con indicazione “Allegato istanza credito d?"imposta, art. 7 comma 6, del D.L.91/2013 – D.I. 13 agosto 2021”.Il bonus è utilizzabile esclusivamente in compensazione tramite modello F24 presentato attraverso i servizi telematici dell?"Agenzia delle entrate.
