MILLEPROROGHE 2025 IN GAZZETTA UFFICIALE: LE PRINCIPALI NOVITà


È stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 302 del 27 dicembre 2024 ed è quindi in vigore dal 28 dicembre 2024, il decreto Milleproroghe 2025 (D.L. n. 202/2024), contenente disposizioni urgenti.Segnaliamo le principali novità per imprese e professionisti. Proroga obbligo assicurativo per danni catastrofali – Prorogato al 31 marzo del 2025 l?"obbligo per le imprese di stipulare un?"assicurazione contro i danni da calamità naturali ed eventi catastrofali. L?"obbligo è stato introdotto dall?"articolo 1, commi da 101 a 111, della legge di Bilancio 2024 (Legge n. 213/2023), e si applica a tutte le imprese, sia con sede legale in Italia che ad imprese con sede legale all?"estero ma con stabile organizzazione in Italia, tenute all?"iscrizione in Camera di Commercio. Proroga divieto di fatturazione elettronica per per le prestazioni sanitarie verso privati – Prorogato dal 1° gennaio 2025 al 31 marzo 2025 il divieto di fatturazione elettronica per le prestazioni sanitarie verso privati. I soggetti che inviano al Sistema tessera sanitaria i dati delle spese sanitarie sostenute dai cittadini ai fini della predisposizione della dichiarazione dei redditi precompilata, non possono emettere fatture elettroniche tramite il Sistema di Interscambio, con riferimento alle fatture i cui dati sono inviati al Sistema tessera sanitaria (Sistema TS). Il divieto di fatturazione elettronica opera anche per i soggetti non tenuti all?"invio dei dati al Sistema Tessera Sanitaria, con riferimento alle fatture relative alle prestazioni sanitarie effettuate nei confronti delle persone fisiche. Proroga entrata in vigore del regime di esenzione IVA per gli ETS – Prorogato al 1° gennaio 2026 il passaggio dal regime fuori campo IVA al regime di esenzione IVA per le prestazioni di servizi e le cessioni di beni dagli enti associativi in conformità alle finalità istituzionali, dietro pagamento di corrispettivi specifici o di contributi supplementari, nei confronti dei propri soci, associati o partecipanti. Il cambio di regime avrebbe comportato l?"obbligo di apertura della partita IVA anche per gli ETS che ne fossero strati ancora sprovvisti. Proroga 5 per mille alle ONLUS – Prorogata fino al 31 dicembre 2025 la possibilità di essere destinatarie della quota del 5 per mille per le ONLUS che risultavano iscritte all?"anagrafe delle ONLUS alla data del 22 novembre 2021.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
