IN VIGORE I NUOVI IMPORTI PER IL RILASCIO ED IL RINNOVO DEL PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO


Sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 131 dell'8-06-2017 è stato pubblicato il Decreto 5 maggio 2017 del Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze che modifica il decreto 6 ottobre 2011 e ridetermina la misura del contributo per il rilascio e rinnovo del permesso di soggiorno a carico dello straniero di età superiore a diciotto anni in: a) euro 40,00 per i permessi di soggiorno di durata superiore a tre mesi e inferiore o pari a un anno; b) euro 50,00 per i permessi di soggiorno di durata superiore a un anno e inferiore o pari a due anni; c) euro 100,00 per il rilascio del permesso di soggiorno UE per soggiornanti di lungo periodo e per i dirigenti e i lavoratori specializzati richiedenti il permesso di soggiorno. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
