3 semplici consigli per chi vuole aprire la Partita IVA in Italia; per evitare sorprese e partire con il piede giusto!  Valuta se la Partita IVA è davvero necessaria e, nel caso, individua con scrupolo e attenzione il codice Ateco più adatto Prima di aprire una Partita IVA, verifica se è davvero indispensabile per la tua attività. In alcuni casi, soprattutto nelle fasi iniziali (o di test), si possono effettuare prestazioni saltuarie, senza abitualità, che non richiedono l’apertura di una Partita IVA. Se è necessario aprirla, individua con attenzione il codice Ateco che più si addice alla tua attività; il codice Ateco influenzerà anche il tuo carico fiscale e previdenziale. Scegli il Regime Fiscale più conveniente per il tuo caso specifico. Non fidarti di regole precostituite Anche la scelta del regime fiscale influisce significativamente sul calcolo delle imposte dirette sul reddito,  e sull’applicazione dell’IVA ai corrispettivi. Per chi inizia una nuova attività individuale, spesso il Regime Forfettario si rivela la scelta più conveniente. Ma non è sempre così: l’effettiva convenienza va verificata e misurata per ciascun caso specifico, così come va esaminata con attenzione  competenza e l’eventuale presenza di cause ostative. Non sottovalutare l’aspetto previdenziale se non vuoi sorprese, né oggi né tra quarant’anni L’apertura di una Partita IVA e la precisa selezione del codice Ateco comporta anche un corretto inquadramento previdenziale, presso l’INPS o presso le eventuali Casse previdenziali di categoria. E’ un tema importante perché l’ammontare degli oneri contributivi, nelle fasi iniziali di una attività individuale, potrebbe anche superare quello degli oneri fiscali; è inoltre fondamentale pianificare fin dagli inizi dell’attività il proprio percorso previdenziale. Come avrai già intuito, per aprire una Partita IVA non basta un clic! Non farti ingannare dagli slogan o dalle soluzioni troppo semplici. Con questi 3 brevi consigli non abbiamo certamente esaurito tutte le variabili da prendere in considerazione per valutare l’avvio di un progetto imprenditoriale, nemmeno nei casi di micro imprese. Affidati quindi a un Commercialista prima di aprire la Partita IVA o avviare un’attività: è fondamentale per evitare errori ed altri inconvenienti e per ottimizzare le tue potenzialità e i tuoi guadagni.
