LA PEC DELLA SOCIETà è VALIDA ANCHE PER GLI AMMINISTRATORI


La Legge di Bilancio 2025 (Legge n. 207/2024) ha introdotto l?"obbligo per gli amministratori di imprese costituite in forma societaria (sia di persone che di capitali) di dotarsi di una PEC personale da comunicare al Registro Imprese e da inserire nell?"indice nazionale degli indirizzi delle imprese e dei professionisti. Rispetto alle iniziali interpretazioni restrittive il Registro imprese di Milano ha dichiarato che l?"indirizzo PEC della società può essere utilizzato anche dall?"amministratore come proprio domicilio digitale, al pari della possibilità per l?"amministratore di collocare il proprio domicilio fisico presso la società amministrata. In attesa di eventuali indicazioni del Ministero delle imprese e del Made in Italy, è stato anche precisato che, in sede di prima applicazione, si ritiene obbligatoria solo la compilazione del domicilio digitale degli amministratori nelle domande inviate a far data dall?"1/1/2025 relative a: iscrizione della nomina unitamente all?"atto costitutivo di società di capitali; iscrizione dell?"atto costitutivo di società di persone.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
