IN ARRIVO LE COMUNICAZIONI DI ANOMALIA NEI DATI RELATIVI AGLI STUDI DI SETTORE PER IL TRIENNIO 2013-2015


L'Agenzia Entrate, con il provvedimento n. 106666 pubblicato in data 6 giugno, ha messo a disposizione per oltre 147.000 contribuenti, che nei prossimi giorni riceveranno specifiche comunicazioni, le informazioni relative alle anomalie riscontrate nel triennio 2013-2015, sulla base dei dati rilevanti ai fini dell'applicazione degli Studi di Settore. Le comunicazioni di anomalia saranno pubblicate nel "Cassetto fiscale" dei contribuenti interessati: chi è già abilitato ai servizi telematici potrà visualizzare un avviso personalizzato e riceverà un messaggio via sms o email. Inoltre, nel caso il contribuente abbia effettuato la specifica opzione in Unico 2016, la comunicazione sarà inviata tramite canale Entratel all'intermediario; diversamente, riceverà una Pec informativa relativa alla presenza di una comunicazione di anomalia nei dati degli studi di settore nel proprio Cassetto fiscale. In questo modo i cittadini avranno la possibilità di verificare le eventuali anomalie riscontrate dall'Agenzia e decidere se correggerle o giustificarle. Fonte: http://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
