REDDITI NON DICHIARATI NEL 2014: IN ARRIVO 100MILA LETTERE PER LA COMPLIANCE


In arrivo 100mila lettere per coloro che, in base ai dati in possesso del Fisco, non hanno dichiarato nel 2014 dei redditi percepiti durante l'anno precedente. Si tratta di comunicazioni, inviate via via posta ordinaria o via Pec, con cui l'Agenzia informa che, dall'incrocio delle informazioni presenti nelle proprie banche dati, risultano delle somme non dichiarate, in tutto o in parte. Per la prima volta, tra i destinatari, compariranno anche i titolari di reddito di lavoro autonomo, potranno quindi giustificare l'anomalia o presentare una dichiarazione integrativa e mettersi in regola beneficiando delle sanzioni ridotte previste dal ravvedimento operoso. I destinatari delle comunicazioni di compliance, accedendo al proprio "cassetto fiscale" troveranno la dichiarazione 2014, pronta da integrare sulla base di un prospetto precompilato (disponibile solo per alcuni tipi di reddito) o del prospetto di dettaglio. Si potranno quindi effettuare le correzioni in modalità assistita, inviare l'integrativa e stampare l'F24 per versare gli importi dovuti. Qui il Comunicato Stampa dell'Agenzia Entrate. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
