Studi settore: quando il cervello è troppo...elettronico


Incrocio dei dati negli studi di settore del 2016 di due società che esercitano l'attività di poliambulatorio medico (in pratica fanno solo visite specialistiche a pazienti, più qualche esame diagnostico): hai dichiarato di sostenere spese per canoni di locazione di immobili e non hai indicato la superficie utilizzata per l'esercizio dell'attività, se vuoi metterti a posto fai il ravvedimento operoso, sennò rischi un controllo. Scarica il software relativo agli studi di settore, compila ed invia telematicamente con la risposta: lo studio di settore richiede unicamente la superficie utilizzata per l'attività di dialisi, oppure per l'attività di analisi, attività che non vengono esercitate dal contribuente. La stessa cosa per una ditta che esercita l'attività di autolavaggio: manca la superficie, peccato che la superficie da indicare sia quella destinata ad autorimessa o parcheggio, visto che lo studio di settore ricomprende più codici di attività, compresi quelli relative, appunto, ad autorimessa o parcheggio. Forse ci stiamo dimenticando che non si può affidare ad un computer il fare tutto, il non verificare a priori con la propria testa il funzionamento di procedure standardizzate, anche solamente per considerare che sono stati spesi soldi dei contribuenti per mandare una comunicazione che non ha ragione di esistere, poi soldi del contribuente per scaricare software, desktop telematici e quant'altro per poter rispondere ad una comunicazione completamente infondata. Vedremo poi cosa accadrà e cosa sta accadendo con la fatturazione elettronica, in un paese che non è in grado di farti arrivare a casa un'unica cartella con Imu-Tasi-Tari etc. (vedi ad esempio la Francia) si pensa invece di informatizzare la fatturazione con tutti i distinguo del caso, stile i contribuenti minimi e forfetari non soggetti alla fatturazione elettronica ma soggetti alla stessa se emettono fatture nei confronti della P.A. Se invece di queste complicazioni, che incideranno in misura rilevante sui costi aziendali in termini di software e di adattamento dei sistemi gestionali (salvo poi verificare nelle nostre vallate di montagna la funzionalità della rete internet) ci si occupasse di semplificare invece taluni adempimenti, rammentando che per fare una grigliata per la festa della frazione occorre una SCIA-SUAP telematica, e che a volte il portale impresa in un giorno si rivela che è un'impresa fare una pratica in un giorno.
