RIFORMA PA: APPROVATI TRE DECRETI ATTUATIVI


Nella seduta del 24 maggio scorso il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato in via definitiva tre decreti legislativi di attuazione della legge di riforma della pubblica amministrazione (legge 7 agosto 2015, n. 124), che riguardano: Disposizioni in materia di revisione dei ruoli delle forze di polizia Il provvedimento realizza la revisione dei ruoli della Polizia di Stato, Arma dei carabinieri, Corpo della guardia di finanza e Corpo di polizia penitenziaria, introducendo disposizioni volte a migliorare l'efficienza delle istituzioni preposte alla tutela della sicurezza dei cittadini e della difesa del Paese e a valorizzare la professionalità e il merito del personale; Disposizioni sulle funzioni e sui compiti del Corpo nazionale dei Vigili del Fuoco Il decreto migliora l'efficacia e l'efficienza del Corpo nazionale dei vigili del fuoco, anche alla luce delle competenze, trasferite dal Corpo forestale, in materia di lotta attiva contro gli incendi boschivi e di spegnimento con mezzi aerei degli stessi; Introduzione del "Documento unico di proprietà degli autoveicoli" Il decreto introduce, dal 1° luglio 2018, il documento unico di circolazione per gli autoveicoli, motoveicoli e rimorchi, che sostituirà i due documenti attuali: il certificato di proprietà del veicolo ed il libretto di circolazione. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
