In partenza il nuovo 'conto di base': caratteristiche e beneficiari


Dal 19/8/2018 sono applicabili le norme che hanno istituito il nuovo "conto di base", un conto corrente destinato a consumatori e pensionati con caratteristiche uniformi in termini di numero di operazioni annuali massime eseguibili a fronte del pagamento di un canone annuale omnicomprensivo o -per alcune categorie di clienti- fruendo della totale gratuità anche rispetto all'imposta di bollo (1).Le banche, le Poste e gli istituti di moneta elettronica e di pagamento sono obbligati ad offrire, tra gli altri, questo tipo di conto alle condizioni fissate dalle normative. La nuova versione va a sostituire, ampliando la categoria dei beneficiari, quella vecchia istituita nel 2012 grazie al Dl 201/2011 e alla successiva Convenzione Abi/Poste/Banca d'Italia/Min.Economia firmata nel 2012 e poi rinnovata nel 2014. I vecchi "conti base" possono essere convertiti dalle banche nei nuovi, avvisando il cliente. La versione standard che prevede il pagamento di un canone annuo omnicomprensivo è accessibile a tutti mentre le versioni gratuite sono riservate a consumatori a basso reddito (con ISEE inferiore a 11.600 euro) e a pensionati (con trattamenti di importo lordo annuo fino a 18.000 euro). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
