DISPOSIZIONI URGENTI IN MATERIA DI GIUSTIZIA AMMINISTRATIVA E SPORTIVA: APPROVATO IL DECRETO-LEGGE


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta del 4 ottobre 2018, ha approvato un decreto-legge che introduce disposizioni urgenti in materia di giustizia amministrativa, di difesa erariale e per il regolare svolgimento delle competizioni sportive. In particolare, il testo apporta alcune modifiche al Codice del processo amministrativo, con lo scopo di migliorare l'efficienza e la funzionalità della giustizia amministrativa e della difesa del Comitato olimpico nazionale italiano (CONI) davanti alla giurisdizione amministrativa. Viene disciplinata, per il CONI, la possibilità di avvalersi del patrocinio dell'Avvocatura dello Stato e riserva alla competenza del TAR del Lazio le controversie che hanno a oggetto provvedimenti di ammissione ed esclusione da competizioni professionistiche delle società o associazioni sportive professionistiche, escludendo quindi la competenza degli organi di giustizia sportiva, con l'eccezione di determinati casi in grado di garantire statuizioni definitive entro 30 giorni. Le nuove disposizioni, viene precisato ancora nel testo, si applicheranno da subito anche ai procedimenti e alle controversie già in corso. Fonte: http://www.governo.it

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
