CIGS PER AZIENDE IN CESSAZIONE: INDICAZIONI OPERATIVE DAL MIN. LAVORO


Il Ministero del Lavoro (Direzione Generale degli Ammortizzatori Sociali e della formazione), con la Circolare n. 15 del 4 ottobre 2018 ha fornito indicazioni operative relative all'introduzione dei criteri per l'accesso al trattamento di CIGS ai sensi dell'articolo 44 del D.L. 28 settembre 2018, n. 109 che, all'art. 44, introduce la possibilità del ricorso all'intervento dell'integrazione salariale straordinaria per quei lavoratori dipendenti da aziende che abbiamo cessato o stiano cessando l'attività produttiva alla presenza di determinate condizioni. Il trattamento di integrazione salariale straordinaria può essere concesso a decorrere dalla data di entrata in vigore del Decreto-legge 28 settembre 2018, n. 109, quindi dal 29 settembre 2018, e per gli anni 2019 e 2020. Può essere riconosciuto, in presenza di determinate condizioni, sino a 12 mesi limitatamente a ciascun anno 2018, 2019 e 2020, in deroga agli articoli 4 e 22 del D.lgs. n. 148/2015, che disciplinano rispettivamente la durata massima complessiva di 24 mesi in un quinquennio mobile per ciascuna unità produttiva.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
