ORDINAMENTO PENITENZIARIO: LE DISPOSIZIONI DEL GOVERNO IN TEMA DI VITA DETENTIVA E LAVORO


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta del 27 settembre 2018 ha approvato cinque decreti legislativi che, in attuazione della legge delega per la riforma del Codice penale, del Codice di procedura penale e dell'ordinamento penitenziario, introducono nuove disposizioni relative all'ordinamento penitenziario, alla disciplina del casellario giudiziale, a quella delle spese di giustizia funzionali alle operazioni di intercettazione e all'esecuzione delle pene nei confronti dei condannati minorenni. In particolare, in tema di vita detentiva e lavoro, il decreto concretizza disposizioni relative: all'incremento delle opportunità di lavoro retribuito, sia intramurario sia esterno, nonché di attività di volontariato individuale e di reinserimento sociale dei condannati; al miglioramento della vita carceraria, attraverso la previsione di norme volte al rispetto della dignità umana.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
