SUCCESSIONI: dal 1° gennaio 2017 si paga con F24


Si rammenta che la dichiarazione di successione va presentata entro un anno dal decesso, nel caso in cui l'eredità sia accettata con beneficio di inventario il termine di presentazione decorre dall'atto di accettazione.Con provvedimento del Direttore dell'Agenzia delle Entrate del 17/03/2016 veniva disposto che, a partire dal 1° aprile 2016 (fatto salvo quanto indicato nel successivo paragrafo) l'imposta sulle successioni, ipotecaria, catastale, bollo etc. dovuti in relazione alla presentazione della dichiarazione di successione, venisse versata con modello F24. Il punto 2.1 del citato provvedimento prevedeva esplicitamente che sino al 31/12/2016 potesse essere utilizzato il modello F23 e, quindi, dal 1° gennaio 2017 diventasse obbligatorio procedere al pagamento unicamente con il modello F24. Con risoluzione 16/E del 25/03/2016 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito i codici tributo da indicare nel modello F24 che corrispondono ai seguenti (oltre ai codici per ravvedimento per i quali si rinvia alla predetta risoluzione): "1530" denominato "Successioni - Imposta ipotecaria"; "1531" denominato "Successioni - Imposta catastale"; "1532" denominato "Successioni - Tassa ipotecaria"; "1533" denominato "Successioni - Imposta di bollo ". Oltre al codice tributo 1538 "Tributi Speciali " ed ai codici per il versamento delle somme dovute a seguito di liquidazione da parte dell'Ufficio, per acquiescenza, per la definizione delle sole sanzioni, per definizione con adesione, per conciliazione giudiziale, per i quali si rinvia alla citata risoluzione.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
