Bonus acquisto autocaravan: si parte


In partenza l'erogazione del bonus per l'acquisto di camper nuovi di classe "euro 5" o successiva sotto forma di sconto applicato dal venditore, per 5.000 euro, sugli acquisti avvenuti nel 2016 con contestuale rottamazione di un camper vecchio. E' approdato infatti in Gazzetta il decreto atteso, attuativo di una disposizione dell'ultima Legge di Stabilità (1), e il Ministero dei Trasporti ha dato il via sul proprio sito alle prenotazioni dei venditori. Vediamo i dettagli. Veicoli coinvolti Il bonus è applicato agli acquisti, avvenuti nell'anno 2016, di autocaravan nuovi (camper attrezzati per sette persone al massimo, compreso il conducente), ovvero mai immatricolati, di classe "euro 5" o successiva. L'acquisto deve avvenire in sostituzione di un vecchio camper che contestualmente deve esser consegnato per la demolizione, di categoria «euro 0», «euro 1» o «euro 2». Come si ottiene L'incentivo è anticipato dal venditore sotto forma di sconto sul prezzo di vendita per acquisti effettuati dal 1/1/2016 fino al 31/12/2016 con immatricolazione entro il 31/3/2017. Ciò fino al raggiungimento della disponibilità del fondo, 5 milioni di euro. Contestualmente, come già detto, deve essere consegnato al venditore un camper vecchio da demolire, di categoria «euro 0», «euro 1» o «euro 2» immatricolato entro il 2015. Tale veicolo deve inoltre risultare intestato, da almeno un anno dalla data di immatricolazione del camper nuovo, allo stesso soggetto intestatario di quest'ultimo oppure ad uno dei suoi familiari conviventi. In caso di locazione finanziaria la stessa cosa vale per il soggetto utilizzatore. I venditori che aderiscono devono ovviamente dare informazioni al riguardo, e prima di concludere la vendita devono verificare l'accessibilità al bonus e prenotarlo online sul sito del Ministero dei Trasporti. Il consumatore deve quindi non solo verificare che il venditore applichi il bonus ma che tale bonus sia ancora disponibile. Da verificare anche che sul contratto di acquisto vengano indicati sia il bonus applicato come contributo statale sia l'avvenuta consegna del veicolo da rottamare.   Sul sito www.mit.gov.it si può monitorare l'andamento del bonus.
