Istanze entro il 30 settembre per il rimborso IVA assolta all'estero


Venerdì 30 settembre sarà l'ultimo giorno per effettuare l'invio telematico della richiesta di rimborso dell'IVA versata all'estero, relativa al periodo d'imposta 2015. Le informazioni che devono essere indicate nella richiesta di rimborso possono variare a seconda del Paese a cui viene inviata l'istanza e sono riassunte nella tabella contenente le preferenze espresse dal singolo Stato comunitario, mentre la descrizione dei beni va inserita sulla base dell'apposita tabella. La gestione delle istanze inviate e i controlli per la spettanza del rimborso sono effettuati dall'Agenzia delle Entrate, tramite il Centro operativo di Pescara. In caso di rimborso indebito, l'Agenzia emette nei confronti del soggetto passivo un provvedimento di recupero delle somme e applica la relativa sanzione. Il Centro operativo di Pescara che riceve la domanda di rimborso da un'impresa residente in Italia, provvede, entro 15 giorni dalla ricezione, ad inviare l'istanza allo Stato competente. L'amministrazione estera, a sua volta, ha 4 mesi di tempo per informare il contribuente dell'esito della richiesta. I tempi di risposta potrebbero arrivare a 8 mesi nel caso in cui fosse necessario acquisire documentazione.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
