Contributo una tantum per figli nati o adottati nel 2014: parte l'erogazione tramite la Carta Acquisti


Per i genitori di bambini nati o adottati nel 2014, con basso reddito, è concesso un contributo statale una tantum di 275 euro fruibile tramite la Carta Acquisti già posseduta o da richiedere improrogabilmente entro il 16 Novembre 2016. Ciò grazie all'entrata in vigore, in forte ritardo, del decreto che dà attuazione al cosiddetto "Fondo nuovi nati" che avrebbe dovuto partire nel 2014 al posto del "Fondo di credito per i nuovi nati", istituito dalla Legge di Stabilità dello stesso anno (1) con uno stanziamento che attualmente è di circa 33 milioni di euro. I requisiti da possedere sono: esser genitori (o affidatari o tutori) di bambini nati o adottati nel corso del 2014; essere residenti in Italia; avere basso reddito, nei limiti di quello previsto per ottenere la carta acquisti (Isee inferiore a 6.788,61 euro). non essere intestatari di più di un'utenza elettrica domestica, di più di un'utenza elettrica non domestica, di più di due utenze del gas, di più di due autoveicoli, di più di un immobile ad uso abitativo con una quota superiore o uguale al 25%, di immobili ad uso non abitativo con una quota superiore o uguale al 10%, di un patrimonio mobiliare, rilevato dalla dichiarazione ISEE, superiore a 15.000 euro. Per fruirne è necessario possedere o procurarsi la Carta Acquisti, una tessera tipo bancomat ricaricata bimestralmente dallo Stato e rilasciata ad anziani e genitori di bimbi fino a 3 anni a basso reddito per acquistare beni alimentari oppure per pagare bollette, spese sanitarie, servizi, etc. Se non già posseduta, la carta acquisti va richiesta entro il 16 Novembre 2016. L'Inps specifica che le domande vanno presentate: presso un ufficio postale, in caso di beneficiari minori di tre anni (come una normale carta acquisti); direttamente all'INPS, in formato cartaceo (vedi modulistica qui sotto) in caso di beneficiari adottati di età superiore ai tre anni. Per chi ha i requisiti il contributo una tantum di 275 euro si aggiunge a quello base della carta (80 euro al bimestre) e verrà accreditato nel corso del primo bimestre 2017. Eventuali risorse del fondo non utilizzate saranno distribuite proporzionalmente tra tutti i beneficiari. Per contro, se il fondo si rivelasse insufficiente, l'importo di 275 euro potrebbe essere ridotto.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
