Rateizzazione cartelle esattoriali: possibile ottenerne una nuova per i decaduti morosi


Da qualche giorno anche per chi è decaduto da una rateizzazione di una cartella esattoriale e non ha pagato -o finito di pagare- le rate scadute, è possibile chiedere un'ulteriore rateizzazione fino a 72 rate. La novità, introdotta dalla conversione in legge del cosiddetto "decreto enti locali" (1), vale per chi risulta decaduto alla data del 1 Luglio 2016 a condizione che presenti domanda di nuova rateizzazione improrogabilmente entro il 20 Ottobre 2016. Una volta ottenuto il nuovo beneficio l'eventuale ulteriore decadenza scatta non pagando due rate, anche non consecutive. Lo stesso principio è applicato alle rateizzazioni conseguenti un accertamento fiscale con adesione (ex D.lgs.218/1997), per i decaduti dal 15 Ottobre 2015 al 1 Luglio 2016. Altra novità riguarda chi invece ha pagato tutte le rate insolute: fino ad ora potevano accedere ad una nuova rateizzazione solo quelli che avevano ottenuto la "vecchia" dopo il 22 Ottobre 2015, ora invece è possibile sempre, anche per le rateizzazioni ottenute precedentemente. Questa possibilità concessa a chi non è "moroso" è definitiva, non legata a condizioni temporali di invio della richiesta. Si ricorda che l'ottenimento di una rateizzazione di una cartella esattoriale è possibile in qualsiasi momento, pur se fossero già scattate le azioni esecutive successive (anzi il pagamento della prima rata porta ad una loro interruzione), e non necessita di particolari formalità per debiti sotto 60.000 euro.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
