730 precompilato: invio spese sanitarie 2019 in scadenza al 31 gennaio


Per la predisposizione del 730 precompilato, il Sistema Tessera Sanitaria mette a disposizione dell'Agenzia Entrate le informazioni concernenti le spese sostenute per le prestazioni sanitarie. A tal fine, le strutture sanitarie ed i medici devono trasmettere al STS, entro il 31 gennaio 2020, i dati relativi alle spese sanitarie e ai rimborsi effettuati nel 2019 per prestazioni non erogate o parzialmente erogate. La comunicazione dei dati relativi alle prestazioni sanitarie deve avvenire da parte di: Aziende sanitarie locali (ASL); aziende ospedaliere; istituti di ricovero e cura a carattere scientifico; policlinici universitari; farmacie pubbliche e private; presidi di specialistica ambulatoriale; strutture per l'erogazione delle prestazioni di assistenza protesica e di assistenza integrativa; altri presidi e strutture accreditati per l'erogazione dei servizi sanitari; strutture autorizzate per l'erogazione dei servizi sanitari e non accreditate al SSN; iscritti all'Albo dei medici chirurghi e degli odontoiatri; iscritti agli Albi professionali degli psicologi; iscritti agli Albi professionali degli infermieri; iscritti agli Albi professionali delle ostetriche/i; iscritti agli Albi professionali dei tecnici sanitari di radiologia medica; esercenti l'arte sanitaria ausiliaria di ottico; iscritti agli Albi professionali dei veterinari; strutture autorizzate alla vendita al dettaglio di medicinali veterinari; esercizi commerciali che svolgono l'attività di distribuzione al pubblico di farmaci ai quali è stato assegnato dal Ministero della Salute il codice identificativo univoco (parafarmacie). Così come disposto dal decreto MEF del 22 novembre 2019, pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale del 4 dicembre 2019, la trasmissione dei dati al sistema TS riguarda anche gli iscritti ai seguenti albi: Tecnico sanitario di laboratorio biomedico; Tecnico audiometrista; Tecnico audioprotesista; Tecnico ortopedico; Dietista; Tecnico di neurofisiopatologia; Tecnico fisiopatologia cardiocircolatoria e perfusione cardiovascolare; Igienista dentale; Fisioterapista; Logopedista; Podologo; Ortottista e assistente di oftalmologia; Terapista della neuro e psicomotricità dell'età evolutiva; Tecnico della riabilitazione psichiatrica; Terapista occupazionale; Educatore professionale; Tecnico della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro; Assistente sanitario. L'invio è stato inoltre esteso a: le strutture della Sanità militare; la farmacia assistenziale ANMIG; gli iscritti all'Albo dei biologi. La trasmissione dei dati al Sistema Tessera Sanitaria, da effettuare esclusivamente con modalità telematiche, può essere effettuata, direttamente dall'interessato o tramite intermediario incaricato (es: commercialista, CAF, ecc.).

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
